Ayurveda Yoga Spend an hour in total bliss. Ayurveda Yoga is suitable for those with limited to lots of yoga experience. Immerse yourself in yoga philosophy, yoga postures, relaxation, breathwork and meditation. This class is sprinkled with nutritional advice and changes with the seasons. Learn strategies along the way to create an individualised class for you within the group context. You will leave feel restored and revitalised.
Gentle Yoga We all need a little time out. An hour and fifteen minute class with breathwork, relaxation, meditation and yoga philosophy mixed with a gentle flow of body postures. Fit Yoga - Only Available in Winter Months Who said yoga is all about stretching? Come and sweat in this fit class. Feel muscles you didn't know existed as we move through a strong paced vinyasa flow style class. This class is not for the faint-hearted. We include breathwork and relaxation in a fast cardio stimulating 45 minute class.
Ayurveda Yoga Individual Your practioner will guide you through an indepth assessment to discover your natural constitution (Blueprint). Further analysis will reveal your current state of balance with a yoga specific treatment plan provided to help restore your natural state. Treatment plans may include recommendations for types of yoga, types of postures, breathing practices and meditation practices to help restore your natural state of balance.

Sarah's Classes...
Yoga classes are influenced by nature and class participants. Sarah uses her knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga to fuse classes that demonstrate respect for the individual within the natural elements.
Sarah is formally trained in Classical Yoga with a strong emphasis on meditation. Sarah applies further training in each of her class with a strong emphasis on structure and alignment. She has studied under Waverley Yoga Studio, Yoga Synergy, I love Anatomy and numerous teachers in Central Victoria and beyond. Each teacher has taught her something special she weaves into her style.
Sarah is a registered level 2 Yoga Australia teacher. She teaches Ayurveda, Anatomy, Physiology and Philosophy in Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Melbourne and Bendigo. She has also fused Ayurveda Anatomy and Yoga as a specialist unit.
Sarah is an active member in the Yoga community, participating in Yoga Camp Events, volunteering for Yoga Festivals and beginning the Central Victorian Yoga Teachers Network.
